Role SummaryThe Veeva Safety Functional & Solution Analyst is responsible for translating business requirements into effective Veeva Safety solutions, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities, delivering high-quality solutions, and collaborating with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and configure Veeva Safety solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Perform impact and dependency analysis.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Vault Developers, Testers, and business stakeholders. Minimize defects, rework, and testing cycles through accurate solution design.
- Communicate solution options, trade-offs, and recommendations effectively.
- Hands‑on Veeva Safety implementation, configuration, and solutioning experience.
- Business requirements analysis and functional solution design.
- Impact assessment and dependency analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with the Veeva Vault Platform.
- Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain experience.
- Familiarity with the Veeva Vault ecosystem and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with cross‑functional global teams.
