Job Overview
Data & AI Product Delivery Lead – R&D & Medical. The role acts as the primary liaison between the Global Data & AI Division, R&D & Medical Business Domains and GDIT Business Partners for all data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and maintaining trusted stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate communication and collaboration among Global Data & AI, R&D & Medical, and GDIT Business Partners, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Develop and manage data initiative roadmaps, balancing innovation and industrialization, and forecast the delivery pipeline to deliver business value.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of data initiatives from demand to operational handover, ensuring high‑quality delivery, alignment with strategy, and adoption through effective delivery and compliance.
- Act as Product Manager and Delivery Lead for specific Data & AI initiatives, defining vision, managing roadmaps, and overseeing product and initiative lifecycle from conception to delivery.
- Design and execute change management plans to drive adoption, address resistance, and engage stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of R&D & Medical data used by Data & AI initiatives, contributing to master data processes and compliance with governance policies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders, providing regular updates, participating in steering committees, and managing governance meetings.
Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
7+ years of experience managing data initiatives products, preferably in Life Science.
- Proven track record in managing cross‑functional, enterprise‑wide product initiatives.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Experience in R&D & Medical data transformation within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in project and portfolio management for Data & Analytics initiatives.
- Proficient in Agile methodology, software development lifecycle, and change management.
- Skilled in data analysis and data management using tools such as SQL and Python.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning, software engineering, cloud computing (AWS & Azure), and collaboration tools (JIRA & Confluence).
- Experience in UX/UI design, technical architecture, and solution design.
Annual base salary range: $150,000 – $210,000. The role is eligible to participate in Ipsen’s short‑term incentive program.
