Position: Director of Infrastructure - (Accounting/Finance ERP Experience required)

Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives
  • Lead the architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise infrastructure across cloud, networking, systems, and security environments
  • Own infrastructure reliability, availability, performance, and scalability initiatives
  • Drive modernization efforts including cloud adoption, automation, monitoring, and operational improvements
  • Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, processes, documentation, and best practices
  • Oversee incident management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Partner with security teams to strengthen infrastructure security, compliance, and data protection initiatives
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations that improve efficiency and business outcomes
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing infrastructure team
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful solutions
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, cloud operations, or related technology leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading enterprise infrastructure strategy and large‑scale technology initiatives
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, networking, virtualization, security, and systems architecture
  • Experience managing infrastructure in a growing or evolving organization
  • Demonstrated success improving reliability, automation, and operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and influence stakeholders across the organization
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Background managing hybrid infrastructure environments
  • Experience with infrastructure automation, Dev Ops practices, and configuration management tools
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management
  • Experience leading infrastructure transformations or scaling technology operations
Compensation

Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 per year
