You will support Windows, Chrome OS, and Mac devices for staff and patrons, handle Lib Cal and Sierra applications, and maintain accurate equipment inventories.
You will provide level 1–2 support, develop knowledge-base documentation, and collaborate with City of Cambridge IT for complex issues.
