Litigation Paralegal / Discovery Specialist
to support active litigation matters with a strong focus on collections, data acquisition, and Relativity workflows.
This position focuses on litigation support with a strong emphasis on e-discovery, document collections, and data management workflows.
Responsibilities- Coordinate data collections, custodian outreach, and collaboration with IT
- Work in Relativity to search, tag, organize, and track documents
- Maintain case materials in SharePoint and Microsoft Lists
- Support litigation calendars, deadlines, and expert workflows
- 2+ years in litigation, eDiscovery, or litigation support
- Hands-on Relativity experience
- Strong understanding of discovery workflows and data handling
- Experience coordinating with IT or forensics teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
