The Senior Manager, Predictive Science & AI - US Commercial willbe responsible for developing, implementing and optimizingof machine learning and AI solutions that drive data-driven decision-making across the U.S. Commercial organization. This role partners closely with Insights& Analytics, Enterprise Data Management, Information Technology, and Medical Affairs to developpredictive models and analytical solutions that generate actionable insights into patientpopulationsandhealthcareprovider behavior.

The successful candidatebrings deep biotech commercial acumen and strongexpertisein machine learning and AI todelivertimely,innovative solutions thatinform strategic decisions and accelerate commercial growth.

This is a hybrid role to the Cambridge, MA office which requires an on-site presence 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities AI & Data Science Leadership
  • Design, developandvalidatemachine learningandpredictiveanalytics-based solutions supportingU.S. Commercial function.

  • Evaluate business and analytical needs to select and implement appropriate statistical, machine learning, and AI methodologies that deliver meaningful insights into patient populations, healthcare provider behavior, treatment patterns, and commercial opportunities.

  • Follow andrefinebest practices for model development, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement.

Patient and Provider Analytics
  • Develop,deployadvancedanalytics, machine learning, andAI solutions to generate actionable insights into patient populations, healthcare provider behavior, treatment patterns, and disease progression.

  • Develop predictive models that support patientidentification, segmentation, treatment initiation,adherence, persistence,and healthcare providerengagement strategies.

  • Integrate and analyzeclaims, electronic healthrecords (EHR), specialty pharmacy, and commercialdata to uncoveropportunities that improve patient access, providerengagement, and commercialeffectiveness.

  • Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Insights & Analytics teamsto translate patient and provider insights into evidence-basedbusiness strategies.

  • Communicate complex analyticalfindings clearly toleadershipandcross-functional teams.

Leadership and Performance
  • Supporta cultureof innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.

  • Manage external vendors and consulting partners.

  • Operate effectively ina fast-paced, cross-functional environment, managing multiple initiatives while ensuring timelyand high-quality execution.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master’sdegree with 3+ years of experience, in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

  • 3+ years of experience supporting U.S. Commercial organizations within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.

  • Strong programming skillsin PythonandSQL.

  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake and Power BI.

  • Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, predictive analytics,and optimization techniques.

  • Knowledge of commercialpharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva, Komodo, or claimsand EHR datasets.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Location: Hybrid (U.S.)

Reports To: Director,Predictive Sciences

Travel: Approximately 10-20% as needed

Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
