• Define an end-to-end vision for medical imaging data products (ingestion, curation, integration, consumption).
• Lead development and scaling of imaging data products aligned to clinical trial and therapeutic needs.
• Promote FAIR data principles and ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and ethical standards.
• Partner with therapeutic/disease teams to translate business needs into scalable data product solutions.
• Lead cross-functional execution across data science, engineering, clinical, and CROs/vendors.
• Modernize imaging pipelines, platforms, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Expand the imaging-focused data product portfolio aligned to clinical development priorities.

• Master’s degree required;
  PhD or equivalent preferred.
• Advanced degree in Imaging Health Sciences or related field.

• 10+ years in medical imaging and multi-modal data environments.
• Experience building/scaling data products or data platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with imaging data standards (e.g., DICOM), PACS, and multi-modal pipelines.
• Familiarity with analytics/AI-ML (e.g., computer vision) in imaging.
• Ability to translate complex imaging data into business and clinical value.

• Advanced analytics, data analysis/visualization, data privacy standards & data quality, critical thinking, strategic thinking, process improvements, technical credibility, workflow analysis.
