Summary:
- The resource will support two key projects:
Windows Upgrade and Asset Management. - Candidates should have hands-on experience with Windows upgrade projects, including upgrading machines, imaging computers, and Windows 11.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coordinating with vendors, and replacing or upgrading equipment/machinery is required.
- Familiarity with advanced laboratory instruments and technical support in a complex environment is preferred.
- Experience with Service Now, Jira, asset tracking, and documentation management is highly desirable.
- Hands-on Windows 11 experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred; however, candidates from other industries with strong relevant advanced experience will also be considered.
- High School or bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
