Biomarker Technical Expert
Supporting translational science within Bayer’s oncology clinical trials, primarily phases I-III.
Responsibilities- Provide biomarker operational expertise across study design, sample logistics, vendor management, data transfer and analysis, ensuring compliance with GCP/ICH.
- Serve as a biomarker operations lead, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Oversee sample logistics, real-time reconciliation, and data integration.
- Develop study documentation, support biomarker data management, and promote operational best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Extensive pharma industry experience.
- Clinical sample handling experience.
- Project management skills.
- Global vendor oversight experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Doctoral or master’s degree with relevant experience.
- Oncology.
- Clinical trials (Phases I-III).
- Biomarker operations.
- Sample logistics.
- Vendor management.
- Data reconciliation.
- GCP/ICH compliance.
- U.S. based (Massachusetts - Cambridge/Boston).
