- Role:
Senior Manager, Medical Insights Product Owner, responsible for the operational management of Insight Xplorer, a global insights platform. Core duties include platform access and licensing management, request intake and triage, coordination with technical and digital partners, and governance activities such as prioritization and decision-making across regions. The role also entails reporting on platform usage and metrics, overseeing internal and contracted resources, and maintaining operational documentation. - Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with 6+ years experience in operations, platform administration, or program coordination within a matrixed healthcare or biopharma environment. - Skills:
strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication abilities; experience managing vendor or contracted resources; familiarity with analytics platforms or data governance preferred. - High-Value: supporting a high-visibility digital platform in a global medical insights setting, with responsibilities spanning operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and lifecycle governance.
- Work setup: hybrid model with 2-3 days onsite; based in multiple U.S. locations or European sites.
