Job Description- Support US Commercial Field Operations technologies, including Veeva CRM, omnichannel platforms, and related field systems.
- Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements for CRM enhancements, DCR requests, omnichannel initiatives, and field process improvements.
- Perform impact analysis, gap assessment, risk analysis, and readiness assessments for system changes, migrations, deprecations, and enhancements.
- Support ITSM processes for incidents, service requests, enhancements, and escalations using Jira and established service management workflows.
- Support quarterly field alignment activities, including call plan data loads, data validation, territory/account alignment, and operational readiness checks.
- Analyze and validate data supporting sales reporting, goal setting, and incentive compensation processes.
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Field users and coordinate deployment activities for co-commercial partner requests.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Required Skills- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting commercial, sales, or field-facing technologies required.
- Hands‑on experience with Veeva CRM required.
- Required IT Service Management (ITSM) experience covering incidents, service requests, enhancements, and escalations.
- Business requirements gathering and requirements documentation required.
- Required Impact analysis, gap analysis, and functional requirements analysis.
- Required experience supporting CRM enhancements, field operations, and commercial technology platforms.
- Experience with Jira for technology/service management processes required.
- Experience with account/territory alignment, call plan data, and sales operations data validation required.
- SAFe delivery model experience or certification.
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, medical device, or regulated healthcare industry experience.
- Experience with omnichannel engagement and promotional content workflows.
- Experience with data warehouses, reporting platforms, or sales analytics.
- Experience supporting co-commercial partner environments and cross-company field technology initiatives.
