• Prepare and approve renewals for accounts while focusing on long‑term profitability and retention.
• Leverage negotiation skills to obtain adequate rates based on established guidelines.
• Communicate with agents to ensure all renewal information has been requested and received.
• Collaborate with underwriters throughout the renewal process for effective account management.
• Review and approve endorsements, reinstatements, and cancellations.

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• One year of insurance industry experience or related experience.
• General knowledge of insurance terminology.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently.

• Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of the insurance industry experience requirement.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report per company standards.
