In this role, you'll contribute to the effective management of legal and regulatory matters for the organisation, including:

• Supporting senior lawyers across a broad range of regulatory issues
• Assisting with actual and potential litigation and other contentious matters
• Conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and preparing advice for internal stakeholders
• Working closely with risk, compliance, and corporate governance teams
• Providing clear, pragmatic guidance to help the business navigate legal risk and complex operational challenges

• 2-4 years PAE, with the majority of your time spent in a litigation and/or regulatory practice group
• Experience gained in a reputable law firm
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, peers, and external counsel
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail, with the ability to produce precise legal documentation
• Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for working across diverse legal matters in a fast-paced environment
