In this role, you'll contribute to the effective management of legal and regulatory matters for the organisation, including:
- Supporting senior lawyers across a broad range of regulatory issues
- Assisting with actual and potential litigation and other contentious matters
- Conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and preparing advice for internal stakeholders
- Working closely with risk, compliance, and corporate governance teams
- Providing clear, pragmatic guidance to help the business navigate legal risk and complex operational challenges
- 2-4 years PAE, with the majority of your time spent in a litigation and/or regulatory practice group
- Experience gained in a reputable law firm
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, peers, and external counsel
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail, with the ability to produce precise legal documentation
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for working across diverse legal matters in a fast-paced environment
