Manager, Supply Chain – Inventory

Company Overview

A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Manager for Supply Chain Inventory to support various clinical and commercial programs. This role is crucial for ensuring inventory is accurately tracked across the global drug supply network.

• Maintain and track clinical and commercial inventory supplies within the ERP system.
• Ensure accurate and efficient inventory controls and timely fulfillment of material requests.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers, review batch records, and enter work orders into the ERP system.
• Reconcile production and inventory records with Finance to ensure data integrity and alignment.
• Provide drug supply metrics and real-time inventory visibility for cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Maintain lot trackers to streamline lot release processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain Reserve Lot Tracker to monitor failed or at-risk lots for accruals and risk management.
• Maintain inventory dashboards providing real‑time visibility into inventory activities.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP system.
• 6+ years of Supply Chain experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with large and complex data sets.

Pay Rate: $77 – $90/hr
