The Supply Chain Operations Lead is responsible for managing warehouse and materials processes, serving as the primary escalation point for inventory requests, and ensuring efficient inventory procedures within a fast‑paced fusion energy company's operations.

• Assist the inventory team in warehouse and materials management to meet company objectives
• Serve as the primary escalation point for inventory requests
• Act as the subject matter expert in all Odoo inventory procedures

• Experience in warehouse and materials management, with the ability to assist the inventory team in meeting company objectives.
• Subject matter expertise in all Odoo inventory procedures.
• Ability to serve as the primary escalation point for inventory requests.
• Availability to work on a weekend, first shift schedule:
  Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Saturday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Monday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment and comply with company values of integrity, execution, impact, and self‑critique.
• Ability to comply with U.S. export control laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information, with employment contingent on such compliance.
