Scope of Position

The Data Center Supply Chain Manager is responsible for coordinating supply chain execution for high‑priority Data Center programs, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, capacity, and logistics decisions. This role operates at the center of cross‑functional execution, partnering closely with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Product Management to ensure critical projects are supported with reliable supply plans and clear risk visibility.

The role requires strong analytical capability, operational judgment, and the ability to translate complex supply constraints into actionable scenarios for executive decision making.

This position reports to the Sales and Operations Planning Director. This role is hybrid and is based in North Andover, MA.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, S&OE, Materials Management
  • Experience supporting complex programs involving long lead times, constrained supply, or rapid growth environments
  • Proven experience in S&OE process, demand planning, supply and inventory planning, new products introduction, and resource allocation
  • Strong analytical and scenario modeling capability
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with sourcing, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience participating in S&OP / S&OE processes
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP/APS systems
  • APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred

Working Conditions

While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover location three days per week (Monday - Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
  • Ability to physically move around the office and shop floor.
  • Ability to read documents, use a computer.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Pay Range

The expected salary range for this position is $,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
