Lead a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring commercial supply continuity
Manage all facets of the Global Commercial Supply Chain
Drive global governance and performance management of third-party packaging/labeling and Third-Party Logistics relationships
Select, qualify, onboard, and manage external supply chain partners
Implement supplier relationship management practices, including governance, KPIs, and business reviews
Lead and manage 3PL relationships for compliant storage, distribution, and inventory control
Maintain target inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
Partner with Trade & Distribution on order fulfillment and customer-facing processes
Lead launch preparation and lifecycle management planning by building scalable supply chain infrastructure
Develop integrated project plans aligned with Commercial goals and manage ambiguity and complexity
Lead contract strategy and negotiations with suppliers and service providers
Collaborate with Quality Assurance on compliance and change controls
Maintain processes and systems supporting regulatory compliance, including DSCSA and product serialization
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted patient supply
Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance capabilities and process efficiency
Report to the Executive Director of Supply Chain

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar field
  • 12+ years of experience in supply chain roles of increasing complexity
  • At least 6 years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven leadership ability in both direct team structure and cross-functional matrix environments
  • Experience with supplier relationship management in a cGMP environment
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional team player with a strong network across the company and external stakeholders
  • Experience with Serialization implementation and DSCSA regulations
  • Experience working in ERP systems in a pharmaceutical environment, including SAP and/or Oracle
  • Preferred:
    Master’s Degree and/or Supply Chain certification
  • Preferred:
    Strong experience in negotiation and contract management
  • Preferred:
    Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Occasional travel to supplier locations, estimated 10%
