The Custodian performs cleaning duties within Draper's buildings. Removes trash, cleans assigned areas, restocks supplies, mops and disinfects, and keeps areas orderly.

• Performs cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors by vacuuming and buffing, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, emptying trash receptacles, and replacing lining of trash cans.
• Cleans and services restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
• Restocks supplies.
• Assists with floor stripping and waxing using high speed buffing machines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to follow written and or verbal instructions.
• Skilled in operating various floor cleaning and buffing machines.

High School Education or equivalent is preferred.

0-2 years experience in a custodial or related role.

US base salary range for this full‑time position is $26.65 - $26.65. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
