* Previous experience in Clinical Development and/or Medical Studies preferred
* Experience leading cross-functional teams
* Experience managing budgets and resource allocation for strategic initiatives
* Visionary enterprise leadership with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
* Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify AI and tech-based opportunities and drive execution
* Strong business acumen with deep understanding of Medical and R&D operations
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without direct authority
