Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Fixed-term (12 months – maternity cover)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Client Services team at Rawnet on a 12-month fixed-term basis, covering maternity leave. You will lead the successful delivery of digital projects for a range of clients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, working collaboratively, and making an immediate impact within a fast-paced agency environment.

• Contributing to the delivery of digital products, development and marketing projects across a diverse client portfolio
• Working closely with project teams across strategy, design, development and QA to plan and deliver projects end-to-end
• Managing your own project portfolio to meet agreed scope, budgets, timelines and quality expectations
• Communicating clearly with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring project status, risks and priorities are well understood
• Supporting teams in adopting new tools and approaches, including AI-enabled ways of working, where appropriate
• Supporting continuous improvement in project delivery, ways of working and client experience

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience in a Project Manager or similar role within a digital agency environment
• Bring strong project management skills, with experience delivering both development and marketing projects
• Are organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for budgets, timelines and project outcomes
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Are comfortable making informed decisions, escalating where needed, and keeping projects moving in a fast-paced environment
• Care about quality, client satisfaction and building trusted working relationships
