Associate Brand Manager

Overview

Our client is hiring for an Associate Brand Manager. This is a hybrid position with 3 days on-site, and is expected to last for about 12 months.

• Leading the development and execution of marketing programs that align with brand goals.
• Translating insights and analytics into clear business recommendations and performance optimizations.
• Managing brand budgets and influencing resource allocation to maximize impact.
• Building integrated marketing plans in partnership with insights, communications, creative agencies, and internal teams.
• Serving as the brand's advocate-presenting ideas, gaining alignment, and representing growth initiatives across the organization.
• Operating with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset in a fast?moving environment, often with limited direction.
• Combining data?driven decision making with strong business judgment to drive measurable brand results.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in brand marketing or brand management.
• Experience with in consumer goods or similar categories is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
• Confident communicator able to influence across teams and levels.
• Comfortable balancing strategic planning with day?to?day execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, collaborate with diverse partners, and manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
