** to lead our food service operations for Cambridge Hospital, Somerville Hospital, and Everett Hospital. All three hospitals are located in greater Boston, MA.

* + Lead all food service operations across patient dining, retail, and catering.

+ Manage and mentor salaried managers and their teams in delivering operational excellence and a top-tier patient experience

+ Collaborate frequently with hospital leadership and stakeholders.

+ Drive financial performance, quality standards, and Sodexo program compliance.

+ Foster a team culture built on excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

** What You Bring*
* + Experience in senior-level food service management, specifically in healthcare

+ Experience leading large teams in complex, multi-unit environments.

+ Strong financial acumen with a track record of success in P&L or fee-based settings.

+ High energy, hands-on leadership style - this role requires daily onsite presence.

+ Familiarity with Sodexo systems is a plus, but not required.

+ Comfortable working in a high-pressure, high-expectation environment.
