Executive Director of Finance and Facilities

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND FACILITIES
, Alumni Association (AA) and Resource Development (RD), will provide strategic and operational leadership for financial management, administrative services, and facilities across AA and RD; be accountable for aligning financial strategy, facilities infrastructure, and financial resource planning with Institute and departmental priorities; advise executive leadership on financial implications of strategic decisions, bringing a forward‑looking, data‑informed perspective; serve as the senior advisor on financial, administrative and facilities matters, leading long‑range planning, ensuring effective stewardship of resources, and driving continuous improvement in financial management and facilities operations;

directs a team of administrative and support staff; and be accountable for organization design, talent management and development of the finance and facilities team.
