Project Manager - Road Safety Technology & Transportation Operations

Location: CT/MA

Salary: $120k - $150k+ Benefits

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the deployment of innovative road safety and transportation technology projects across CT/MA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in highway operations, transportation systems, infrastructure, or field operations who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders to deliver projects that make a real impact.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate the delivery of road safety and technology projects from planning through implementation.
  • Work closely with contractors, vendors, public agencies, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
  • Manage project timelines, documentation, reporting, and operational activities across multiple sites.
  • Support permitting, compliance, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Travel to project locations across Ohio as required and collaborate with teams on-site.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience managing transportation, infrastructure, utilities, telecom, or field operations projects.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Background working with government agencies, public infrastructure, highways, or operational technology is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Experience with vendor management, reporting, compliance, or operational planning is a plus.
