General Manager
Are you a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys developing people, driving results, and leading multiple successful restaurant operations? We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to float between units for support.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching management teams, building strong workplace cultures, and creating consistency across multiple restaurants. If you thrive on mentoring others, improving performance, and making a meaningful impact, we would love to speak with you.
General Manager Benefits- Annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000

- Minimum of five years leading multiple restaurant locations
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume restaurant environments
- Strong coaching and leadership development abilities
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including labor management, inventory controls, and profit-and-loss statements
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, visible leadership style with a willingness to be involved in day-to-day operations
- Commitment to creating outstanding guest experiences and positive team cultures
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple restaurant locations
- Partner with General Managers to strengthen performance, accountability, and team development
- Ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience across all restaurants
- Monitor business metrics and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and labor efficiency
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop future leaders within the organization
- Maintain excellence in service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and execution
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to support company initiatives and expansion efforts
- Travel between assigned locations to provide coaching, support, and operational guidance
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, food safety requirements, and employment regulations
