Pfizer seeks a vivarium operations supervisor to manage an assigned portion of the vivarium, ensuring high-quality animal care and welfare. You will supervise non-exempt staff on-site, work with management to align resources with R&D priorities, and support a compliant animal facility environment across local and federal regulations.
You will also help hire, mentor, and train a diverse staff, interface with the research community, and oversee supplies, inventory, and invoicing reconciliation.
