Your Impact

The Global Supply Chain Development Strategy Leader owns the enterprise-wide evolution and deployment of GE Vernova's Next Generation Supply Chain (NGSC) framework, shaping the long-term operating model that enables the company's growth and energy transition ambitions.

This leader partners directly with Business CEOs, CFOs, SC Leaders and ELT/SLT/ to identify enterprise-wide opportunities, challenge conventional thinking through first-order principles, and translate strategy into scalable execution.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, manufacturing, technology and finance, this role influences where GE Vernova invests, how factories evolve, and how capabilities scale across businesses to unlock sustainable competitive advantage.

The role leads enterprise-wide initiatives across manufacturing network strategy, automation, robotics, AI-enabled operations, capital investment, and operational excellence, connecting businesses through a common operating framework that accelerates execution, enables transformation, and delivers measurable enterprise value. Success requires balancing strategic vision with operational execution, influencing without direct authority, and leading highly complex cross-business initiatives that shape GE Vernova's future manufacturing landscape.

They will also build and develop a small, diverse team of strategists to develop a roadmap that meets the needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to overall supply chain and business strategies.

We are looking for an impact-driven Strategy Leader who will join the team to optimize the supply chain across GE Vernova. Success in this role depends on effective partnership and collaboration with cross-functional GE Vernova leadership (e.g., business development and strategy) to provide operational insight and considerations into key initiatives (based on Voice of Customer & Make vs Buy strategy).

Impactful communicator with experience working and leading cross-culturally in large, matrixed organizations – understands how to navigate geographies, cultures, relationships, etc. Highly collaborative person, comfortable with conflict and debate normally associated with change.

This leader will be a key member of the Global Supply Chain Development (GSCD) team. The GSCD team is focused on managing the cross-functional efforts required to continuously improve our supply chains to support business strategies and to ensure a cohesive long-range strategy.
