The Executive Director, Product Strategy Lead (PSL) will lead the creation, implementation, orchestration and measurement of integrated product strategies for an indication in the US therapeutic area.
Key Responsibilities- Define integrated priorities and key impact measures for the assigned product/indication with the cross-functional product strategy team under the General Manager.
- Integrate, lead, measure, and take decisive action against KPIs to raise product impact.
- Contribute to full P&L for the assigned product/indication (under the General Manager) and partner on day-to-day resource management decisions.
- Drive topline results through strategic choices; contribute to cross-functional resource allocation for highest impact.
- Establish and coordinate KPI management across accountable functions.
- Partner with functional heads on trade-off decisions.
- Partner with other General Managers and the Product Strategy team on enterprise decisions, including trade-offs between products/indications.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred MBA).
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare/healthcare consulting with at least 2 types of cross-functional experience.
- 3+ years owning key product trade-off decisions and managing large budgets.
- 3+ years leading and translating an integrated product strategy with global and local alignment.
- US market, launch, and product lifecycle experience OR General Manager experience in other countries.
- Therapeutic area experience.
- US experience strongly preferred.
- Global/other region experience (projects or roles for 6+ months).
20% (domestic and/or international).
Benefits/Compensation (as stated)- Expected salary range $236,600-$439,400/year
