• Lead, coach and develop team by conducting consistent one-on-one meetings and creating individualized development plans for performance and career growth.
• Ensure timely completion of all HR cycle tasks.
• Build a high-performing team and foster a respectful work environment and further a culture of inclusion by building connections using the tools of listening, compassion and understanding.
• Maintain an active role in the community you serve and motivate team to volunteer.
• Work on projects as needed.

• Develop strategies to lead your team to achieve and/or exceed organizational goals. Use data to better understand our customers, and tailor appropriate solutions to build strong customer relationships.
• Drive small business growth and retention through a consultative approach and execution of business strategy, including customer outreach and prospecting.
• Embrace and leverage technology tools to support business growth.
• Consistently demonstrate and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Create a team environment that encourages the team to build trusting customer relationships and confidently recommend solutions to help our customers along their financial journey.
• Create an operationally strong environment in the branch, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and risk/audit expectations.
• Understands and adheres to all Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), regulatory, security, retail banking and bank-wide policies and procedures.
• Ensure team adherence to regulatory requirements and Compliance guidelines.

• 3 years’ Branch Management experience or equivalent retail management.
• 5 years’ proven experience in sales, service, and operations.
• Ability to work independently, take accountability for actions, manage competing priorities, and make quick, high-quality decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to travel to and work at other branches, as needed.
