Draper Inc. is seeking a Sr. NPI Manufacturing Engineer in Cambridge, MA. You will play a critical role in bridging Production, Supply Chain, and Program teams, ensuring operational excellence from proposal to development through low-rate initial production.
The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience with program management in manufacturing operations or supply chain. A Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering is required.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $82,300.00 - $ based on location and experience.
