The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Auditor to join our team who can evaluate the processes, systems, and products to ensure they meet established standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

What You’ll Do
  • Direct Operations: Work with production to monitor and correct deviations from quality standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Align quality objectives with organizational goals and customer expectations.
  • Performance Metrics: Drive and execute management goals for on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, labor costs, and material cost reduction.
  • ERP & Reporting: Work with production to keep the ERP system data accurate, which provides monthly forecasting for open sales.
  • Team Leadership: Work as a team and gather information on a daily basis to ensure the company runs without issues.
  • Technical

    Collaboration:

    Identify potential quality issues and ensure that product is built to be efficient and manufacturable.
  • Inventory Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in quality assurance.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Experience with ISO 9001 and/or 13485 preferred, strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent comprehension, in English required.
  • Vision system programming and GD&T preferred experience.
  • Read and understand technical information, specifications, drawings, and quality system documents as they relate to the operation of the business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent comprehension, in English required.
  • Communication: Strong ability to handle technical discussions and comply with complex written and verbal directions.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (PPE required), lift to 30 lbs, and stand/bend for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Visual acuity is required to read instructions, operate machinery, and inspect produced parts.
  • Travel: Required to be onsite, based on primary location, per established schedule.
