Job Description
We are seeking an experienced manufacturing process developer for micro electronic packaging, including glass and ceramic coating and lamination. The candidate will implement and improve process development, employing design‑for‑manufacturing principles to improve efficiencies.
Responsibilities- Implement and improve manufacturing process development for micro electronic packaging including glass and ceramic coating and lamination.
- Employ design for manufacturing principles to improve processes and manufacturing efficiencies.
- Experience in material science and manufacturing process development.
- Design experience is a plus.
- Experience with microelectronic packaging, glass, and ceramics.
- Bachelor's of Science degree is required.
