Job Description
Location: Brockton, MA
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
Job DetailsOversees and manages day-to-day plant production. Leads supervisors, manages KPIs, ensures compliance with all safety and company policies, evaluates plant performance, monitors expenses, resolves internal and customer issues, and hires, trains, coaches, and manages the production plant team.
Qualifications- 5+ years in the food manufacturing industry
- 3+ years of production management experience
- General knowledge of process equipment and regulatory compliance
- Good writing, mathematics, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in spreadsheet and word applications
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
