Production Specialist/Warehouse Coordinator/Machine Operator
Location: Acton, MA
Shift: 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.29/hr on W2
Contract Duration: 5-Month Contract (Extension Possible)
Key Responsibilities- Assemble, test, label, and package medical devices and components.
- Perform inventory counts, kitting, and data entry.
- Follow SOPs, FDA, ISO 13485, and cGMP guidelines.
- Identify and report quality or safety issues.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or regulated environments preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and inventory/data entry experience are a plus.
