Your Role in the Lab

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be at the heart of our production suite. Your primary focus (80% of your time) will be carrying out manufacturing operations utilizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Support:
    Execute activities to support production and perform GMP documentations
  • Data Management:
    Enter data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and MODA.
  • Equipment Care:
    Perform scheduled cleaning and standardization of equipment, and assist in assembly/disassembly.
  • Safety First:
    Carry out work in a safe manner and notify management of any risks.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Participate in tiered visual management systems and support changeover activities.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Education:

    High school diploma with some experience, or an Associate’s Degree in Life Sciences/Engineering.
  • Physical Ability:
    Ability to stand for up to 6 hours and lift/push equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Technical Comfort:
    Basic computer skills and the ability to wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, and gowns).
  • Flexibility:
    Willingness to work holidays and overtime as required to meet production demands.
