Draper Labs is seeking an NPI Manufacturing Engineer to bridge Production, Supply Chain, and Program teams in Cambridge, MA. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence from proposal to low-rate initial production, focusing on manufacturing planning and readiness.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5-10 years of relevant industry experience. Knowledge of defense/aerospace production is a plus. The salary range for this position is $82,300 - $220,000.
