Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday 4am-5am Pay: staring pay $21 an hour Position Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution team. - This position is responsible for preparing workstations, packaging products, fulfilling customer orders, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting daily warehouse operations.
- Responsibilities Prepare production workstations and materials for daily operations.
- Wrap, pack, label, and prepare products according to quality and safety standards.
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment following company procedures.
- Dispose of waste materials properly.
- Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials for shipments.
- Assist with receiving incoming products and verifying inventory.
- Restock products in warehouse, freezer, or storage areas as needed.
- Load, unload, and organize materials safely.
- Follow all company safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or food processing experience preferred.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus (training may be provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Requirements Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated or cold environments.
- Ability to safely use warehouse equipment and tools.
