Within Sanofi Specialty Care, the US Rare Blood Disorders franchise is committed to advancing care for patients with complex hematologic and immunologic conditions. * Lead, US Hematology Pipeline Commercialization
* will serve as the US commercial architect for future Wayrilz indications.
This role will have primary responsibility for shaping the US commercial strategy, market development approach, investment plan, and launch readiness for Wayrilz in warm Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (wAIHA) and sickle cell disease. This role will also contribute to the US commercialization strategy for Wayrilz in IgG4-related disease and help evaluate additional future indications and opportunities.
The successful candidate will rapidly build a deep understanding of patients, providers, treatment pathways, market dynamics, and emerging competition. This role requires strong strategic judgment, executive presence, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead through influence in a highly matrixed environment.
The role reports to the Head of Rare Hematology Marketing and will work closely with the US ITP Marketing Lead, the Global Wayrilz team, and other cross-functional leaders.
What Success in Role Looks Like The successful candidate will ensure that future hematology indications are shaped with the US market in mind from the earliest stages of development. They will be recognized as a trusted partner across US, Global, Medical, R&D, Market Access, and the broader Rare Blood Disorders organization—and as a leader who can turn ambiguity into strategy, strategy into action, and pipeline potential into meaningful impact for patients.
Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.
