  • Execute broad‑scale, integrated multi‑year disease education strategies aimed at partnering with and engaging stakeholders to advance the management of MS.
  • Support Sanofi’s presence at key MS/neurology congresses, including commercial disease education symposia, booth interactions, and integrated engagement plans.
  • Partner with Global Market Development Lead MS, Global Brand Lead, Global Cross‑indication Lead, Global Medical, Training, and Regional Marketing to deliver unbranded peer‑to‑peer education and speaker programs, ensuring consistent non‑promotional narratives across all HCP touchpoints.
  • Ensure insights from the field continuously inform and sharpen the frexalimab pre‑launch approach.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Patient Advocacy, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory to ensure all field activities are aligned and compliant.
Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience with congresses, peer‑to‑peer programs, and speaker bureaus.
  • Experience with KOL engagement and compliant contracting processes.
  • MS/Neurology pre‑launch and product launch experience.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Strong execution focus with a consistently shown ability to deliver against and beyond targets set.
  • High ethical standards and ability to work independently across global and local teams.
  • Preferred:
    Multiple Sclerosis or neurology experience.
  • Proven ability to work with and partner with MS specialists and key opinion leaders.
  • Familiarity with MS clinical endpoints (MRI lesions, relapse rates, disability progression) and the evolving science in MS, with the ability to translate clinical data into market development narratives.
  • Knowledge of FMV, the Sunshine Act, and HCP compliance requirements.
  • Event management experience.
Benefits

• High‑quality healthcare, prevention, and wellness programs.

• At least 14 weeks of gender‑neutral parental leave.
