Director,Value and Access,Marketing &Strategy – Neuroscience Business Unit, Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc.

• Develop, refine &execute integrated V&A programs across channels at launch and beyond to drive sustained brand growth.
• Create value proposition content for formulary decision makers (payers, PBMs, GPOs, institutions).
• Produce Value &Access marketing materials and manage agency relationships and budgets.
• Lead V&A Enterprise Marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency across internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with V&A partners, vendors, agencies and cross‑functional teams to integrate strategies and tactics.
• Represent V&A at Neuroscience Business Unit Leadership Team and participate in strategic planning.
• Own and manage business plans, quarterly reviews, business unit executive meetings, and senior leadership briefings.
• Drive launch planning for current/future Neuroscience brands and coordinate with marketing/brand teams.
• Serve as leader of US Brand V&A team for each brand, representing V&A in activities such as annual planning, pull‑through, launch, training, forecasting.
• Manage and streamline V&A tools, Promotional Review Committee (PRC) processes.

• 8–10years experience in payer marketing & reimbursement tools within biopharma.
• Background in competitive market strategy and experience with agencies creating marketing materials.
• Experience with promotional material review committees (legal, regulatory, medical) and new product launch or label expansion.
• Strong project management skills and track record of meeting/exceeding quantitative & qualitative targets.
• Knowledge of biopharmaceutical commercialization, brand management, sales planning, market access & regulatory environments.
• Preferred knowledge of Pharmacy and Medical benefit products, Rare Disease, Oncology, and Neurology—especially neurotoxin and/or migraine.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence senior leaders across commercial & internal functions.
• Experience working in a hybrid arrangement and willingness to work from Cambridge,MA, 3days per week.

• BA/BS required.
• MBA or advanced quantitative degree strongly preferred.

English – essential.
