Our Cambridge MA education client is seeking an onsite Marketing and Communications Specialist to cover a leave of absence beginning in August 2026; this role is onsite 5 days a week.

About the Role

The Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and executing multimedia marketing content.

Responsibilities
  • Creating digital and print marketing content ranging from social media content to website updates to creating marketing collateral.
  • Producing high-quality photography and video of all areas of campus life, including extracurricular activities, major school events, and athletic competitions.
  • Designing and updating print and digital materials that may include handbooks, health and safety flyers, emails, social media content, and the annual magazine.
  • Creating and posting all social media content.
  • Uploading video assets on Vimeo, Google Drive, and other video software.
  • Recording and uploading weekly videos.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience of a combination of social media, writing, and design.
  • Experience with videography, photography, and editing tools including the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong written, editorial, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to collaborate with a broad range of colleagues in a fast-paced school setting.
  • An understanding of social media practices.
  • Experience with project management and project management software.
