Book Bub is seeking a Content Marketer/Merchandiser to craft data-driven campaigns that help millions of readers discover ebooks they'll love. In this role, you'll curate book selections, write compelling copy, and optimize merchandising across email, app, and web. You'll partner with product, design, and editorial teams, run A/B tests, and use analytics to refine strategy. Ideal candidates bring strong writing skills, comfort with data, and passion for books.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute content marketing and merchandising campaigns that promote ebooks across email, app, and web channels
- Curate and merchandise book selections to maximize reader engagement and conversions
- Create, edit, and optimize marketing copy, landing pages, and in-product messaging
- Analyze performance data and A/B tests to refine campaigns and improve KPIs
- Collaborate with product, design, sales, and editorial teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Segment audiences and personalize content using reader behavior and preferences
- Manage campaign timelines, calendars, and asset delivery from concept through launch
- Monitor market and genre trends to inform merchandising strategy and positioning
- Report on campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders
- Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints
