Role
Lead strategic external and internal executive communications for Takeda's U.S. Business Unit, supporting the President and U.S. Country Head.
Responsibilities- Develop integrated communications plans, serve as trusted advisor to executives, craft compelling narratives and content across various channels, and enhance executive visibility and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leverage innovative tools, including AI, to optimize messaging and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Journalism, Communications, or Public Policy)
- 12+ years of progressive experience with executive communications expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex healthcare and biopharma topics for diverse audiences.
- Experience in healthcare/biopharmaceutical industry
- Social media proficiency
- Familiarity with AI-driven communication solutions.
Role involves working closely with senior leadership, supporting corporate reputation, and advancing Takeda’s positioning in the U.S. healthcare landscape.
LocationCambridge, MA;
