Harvard University is seeking a Senior Associate Director of Development for the Women’s Philanthropy Initiative within Harvard College Fund. This role leads annual fundraising strategies to secure $25K+ leadership gifts from alumnae and collaborates across Harvard's Alumni Affairs and Development teams.
The successful candidate will recruit and mentor volunteers, manage a pipeline of prospects, plan WPI events, and partner with School Prospect Managers to maximize donor engagement and gifts.
