Nurse Manager – Operating Room / PACU

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Holiday: Every other major holiday required
EMR: EPIC (Required)

• 5 Operating Rooms
• 1 Endoscopy Room
• 9 PACU Bays
• 5 Pre-Op Bays
• 4 Secondary Recovery Bays
• 3 PAS (Pre-Admission Screening) Clinic Rooms

The OR Nurse Manager is responsible for the supervision and oversight of the Operating Room, PACU, Pre-Op, and PAS areas. The ideal candidate will have strong perioperative leadership experience in an acute care setting and be comfortable managing multi‑unit workflows.

• Minimum 2+ years OR Nurse Manager experience (acute care)
• EPIC experience required
• Active or Conditional Massachusetts RN License at submission
• AHA BLS (Required at submission)
• Travel experience must be documented on the resume
