Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA / C.N.A.) Full Time 7 - 3 Shift

The Neville Center at Fresh Pond is a Five Star, Joint Commission, American Healthcare Association Award-winning short‑term rehab, long‑term, and skilled nursing care community located on the Cambridge/Belmont line. The facility is dedicated to its residents and team members.

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified part‑time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA / C.N.A.) to join our nursing department.

• Provides care to participants as directed and as outlined in the plan of care.
• Assists participants with activities of daily living and provides all necessary care for participants who are dependent.
• Utilizes nursing assistant techniques to promote as much individual independence as possible (walking, transfer assistance, range of motion, eating, bathing, dressing, bed mobility).
• Applies knowledge of infection control, fire, and disaster policies as needed.
• Participates in continuing education and meets the requirements for annual in‑service participation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Massachusetts.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English. Other languages are helpful.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
