• Provide all aspects of nursing care for perioperative patients in the preoperative phase and immediate post‑operative phase through discharge.
• Manage nursing care for patients in pre‑anesthesia testing, surgical day‑care, and PACU.
• Perform pre‑admission, pre‑op, and PACU nurse duties.
• Make critical clinical decisions in a fast‑paced environment and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Current Massachusetts RN License in good standing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
• Current BLS certification required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Current ACLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• Current PALS certification required (American Heart Association).
• One to two years of PACU or critical‑care related experience required; recovery of patients over a continuum of care from general, regional or local anesthesia and moderate sedation preferred.
