About This Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Organ Transplant Complex Medical unit is responsible for providing individualized nursing care, interpreting medical care plans, and ensuring safe and competent nursing practices. This role is ideal for nurses who are detail-oriented and passionate about patient care.

• Location: Cambridge, MA
• Facility: The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation
• Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift
• Pay: $37.76 - $82.96/Hourly

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience: Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.
