Per Diem RN; Virtual Nurse

The Per Diem RN (Virtual Nurse) at Mass General Brigham is responsible for interpreting medical care plans, assessing patients' clinical needs, and providing individualized nursing care in a safe and competent manner. • Pay: $37.76 - $82.96 per hour

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

• Education:
  
  Associate's Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Registered Nurse (RN) state license required.
