Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the team at our newly reopening Birth Center in Cambridge, MA. This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in launching a revitalized Birth Center while helping shape a collaborative, patient-centered environment from the ground up.

Our Birth Center provides exceptional care for individuals with low-risk pregnancies, offering a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and families throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum experience.
We are looking for nurses with a passion for Perinatal Nursing who thrive in a collaborative setting and are excited by the opportunity to help establish workflows, foster a strong team culture, and contribute to the success of a newly reopened unit.
As a Registered Nurse at the Cambridge Birth Center, you will:- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care throughout the labor, delivery, and postpartum experience.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, identify changes in clinical status, and implement timely nursing interventions.
- Partner with physicians, certified nurse-midwives, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, individualized, patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and families to support informed decision-making and positive birth experiences.
- Utilize EPIC and other clinical technologies to support safe, efficient, and high-quality care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help develop best practices as the Birth Center grows.
- Serve as a clinical resource and contribute to a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning.
- BSN preferred.
- Current or conditional Massachusetts RN license.
- American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
- Perinatal, Labor & Delivery, or Postpartum nursing experience is strongly preferred.
